In the thirteenth episode of the reboot of Charmed, the sisters have to figure out why male film students are dying on campus fast before Harry and Parker are the next victims. Meanwhile, Mel is still trying to figure out who she can really trust, Jada or the Elders.

[SPOILERS BELOW. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.]

THOUGHTS WHILE WATCHING THE EPISODE

  • What the hell is going on?
  • Whoa, she just killed him. Is she a fairy, a pixie, or some other freaking evil thing?
  • What the hell is she and why is she killing guys?
  • Oh, so I was right with my guess, she is a pixie.
  • Oh my God, Harry’s affected by the pixie dust.
  • I love that Galvin wants to help get the demon blood out of Macy.
  • Oh crap, Parker’s infected by the pixie dust.
  • Whoa, so Maggie’s powers were able to break Parker out of the pixie dust’s control?
  • So, Jada was adopted and that’s why her family thinks she’s in a cult? Cause they don’t know she’s a witch and a whitelighter?
  • Galvin has to do some tests to save Macy and if he fails, he dies?!
  • Why the hell wouldn’t you have Harry leave the room? You saw earlier that he gets affected by her dust!
  • Who stole her heart? Alastair?
  • This douchebag from the memorial event from earlier is the one controlling the pixie?
  • This ending scene with the pixie is just heartbreaking.
  • Mel, don’t go to the dark side.
  • I hope Maggie and Parker work out because they’re so freaking cute.
  • Oh damn, are Macy and Galvin about to have sex?
  • WTH? Did they just shoot Jada with an arrow? Also who the hell are they?!

FINAL THOUGHTS

This was such a weak episode. Sure it had some things that played into the bigger storylines, but overall this felt like nothing, but filler. The only compelling parts of this episode were the ending when the pixie got her heart back and the stuff with Galvin and Macy. I don’t trust Jada and am afraid she’s gonna turn Mel against the Elders and throw a rift between the sisters.
Overall, nothing really substantial happened and the overall story was progressed a little, but that was a really forgettable episode.
